Matt joined the Office of Budget and Planning in August of 2015. Matt received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a Master's of Public Administration, and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Matt’s duties include institutional fund management, institutional reporting and forecasting, AIB model support, and leading the office's team of budget and financial analysts.
